Ultimate Package
The Ultimate is Kelly’s only all-encompassing full planning package. This package is built for those who want to enjoy their wedding planning experience to the fullest, while letting someone else do all of the emailing, the researching, the communicating, the budgeting, the comparing quotes, the booking — etc!!) On average, Kelly spends over 400 hours and sends over 400 emails planning each Ultimate package wedding!
This Ultimate package is perfect for clients who aren’t too keen on researching vendors, venues, and other aspects of the wedding experience on their own.
This package aims to put a professional’s touch on every little part of your wedding so that you and your loved ones don’t have to. Or, you may quite literally not have the time or capacity to fit planning a wedding into your lives at this time, and frankly, you may not want to! This package is perfect for clients who live busy lives, work demanding jobs, who may have littles at home, or who just want to enjoy their lives & time without adding in the stress of navigating how to plan a wedding. This package is also great for those who procrastinate or have a hard time staying on track! Throughout this package we work closely together to bring your dream vision to life, you still get to make all the calls — while I streamline the process to make planning your dream wedding as simple and enjoyable as possible!

Classic Package
The Classic is Kelly’s partial planning package! It’s built for couples who are excited to plan their wedding, but want some professional help along the way, as well as specifically, design support! The ideal personality is organized and is comfortable booking all their rentals and vendors, & handling all communication with them, but who would appreciate professional support & someone to check in with throughout the whole process! It’s also built for people who may have an idea of what they want, but don’t know how to execute it! We review colour schemes & wedding styles together, determine your ideal vision, which I then help you bring to life! We work through each area of your wedding, making sure everything is cohesive and thought through, including details like florals, candles, signage, ribbon etc! Unlike the Ultimate, I won’t book your florist or design your signage, but I can provide input in which you can run with! We work closely to design your perfect wedding floor plan and timeline, ensuring your wedding day will run perfectly from start to finish! And of course, I will be onsite to ensure each detail is set up exactly as we planned!

Elite Package
This package is for you ultra organized couples who have it all planned out but want a professional coordinator there who has a clear understanding of all of your detailed plans, and will execute the day perfectly from start to finish! There are so many little tasks that each wedding day requires, and it’s time to stop leaving them for the maid of honour (or mom, let’s be honest) to run around to complete! Having a day of coordinator not only ensures you two as a couple will have a stress-free day, but that your family and bridal party will too! In order to execute a phenomenal day, we need to be fully aware of all of your wedding details, style preferences, vendors, rental bookings etc, so we meet periodically throughout your planning season to do just that! We’ll meet for the first time as soon as you book us, Then we like to meet about halfway through the planning process, to see where you are at, if there’s anything we can assist you with, and to help create detailed to do lists for where you need to go from there! Then we will meet closer to your wedding day (at least 2 weeks before!) where we ensure ALL your wedding details are organized and ready to be executed! We then send over our in-depth documents (floor plan, timeline, etc) to all of your vendors, introducing ourselves so that any further communication can be made to us directly, so you can enjoy your final two weeks! Then on our highly anticipated wedding day, we are there from start to finish, we are always the first & last vendor team onsite!
There is nothing we won’t do to ensure your wedding day goes perfectly — you’ll see us working hard all day, lighting candles, repurposing decor & chairs from ceremony to reception, jumping in to help any of your vendors so they can do what they need to do to ensure their part goes perfectly, ensuring you two as a couple have everything you need, communicating with the MC so they know when to go up and make the next announcement, cueing you & all of your bridal party down the aisle, adjusting the lights as the sun sets, ensuring the dessert is set out and the candles are lit, stacking glasses for your champagne tower etc. — we are onsite throughout it all and will always do our best to ensure your wedding is flawless! If there’s one gift you’d like to give to your parents or friends after helping you plan your wedding, its a coordinator so they can enjoy your special day with you.

Consultation Package
The perfect package for the meticulous couple who have all their vendors booked and just need that missing piece to fine-tune everything and pull all the details together in the most professional and perfect way possible. Let us take care of the execution processes so we can deliver to you and your loved ones the wedding experience you’ve been dreaming of. This package is designed for couples who know exactly what they want but need help bringing all the creative, last-minute ideas together. Couples typically book this package who already have a full all-inclusive wedding venue, but just need a little help on the design side of things. The package includes 20 planning hours, which we can spend doing whatever you would like my help with.
This could be designing your backdrop, help with building your floral order, and determining your style / vision for florals, determining centrepieces, designing, and completing your wedding signage, or help with the aftermath of the thank you cards – the options are endless. So, relax and enjoy yourself. With this Month-of-Wedding Coordination package, we will deal with the details behind the scenes so that you and your special someone can truly make the most of your magical day.

Additional Offerings

Partial Planning “À La Carte” – this is a customized investment based on individual needs and wants. This would be for the couple who have their venue booked but may be looking for vendor recommendations and assistance managing certain aspects of their wedding plans. For this service we are able to step in at certain stages of the planning process and provide direction, guidance and instructions.

Intimate weddings (smaller weddings with no more than 50 guests) –this is Kelly’s
DREAM. If you are hosting a wedding for under 50?! We love an intimate affair and
would be honoured to help plan your petite celebration. Let us know if you plan to have a
scaled down wedding and we can tell you more about our tailored full planning package. -
Private estate wedding – Hosting a wedding at your home, family property, or a blank
canvas venue that requires a tent? Sounds grand! We’d love to help. Due to the complex
nature of this type of wedding, our pricing structure is a bit different due to the increased
scope of work; for this style of wedding our full planning price begins at $10,000 + HST.
This would include everything in the “Month of Coordination” and or “Ultimate” package
would apply but tailored to fit this style of wedding.
